Save 10% on any purchase at ShiekhShoes.com with code July10

Shiekh shoes is a website that has shipped over 1 million shoes and has been around since 1991, according to the website. They seem to be little less customer centric than other websites. Being based in Ontario, Ca the customer support does open until 12 noon EST, but is open until 9 pm EST Monday to Friday with no weekend hours listed.
Shiekh Shoes return policy does not pay for shipping if the shoe doesn’t fit, which can be a problem with the manufacturer, not your fault. This is a departure from other more customer friendly web sites. They do allow you to return unwanted shoes to their stores, but you must have a completed return/exchange form, this form may or may not be available at the store so be prepared. The website states “The store will take the form and the product(s) from you and will email the Shiekh Shoes Web Department.” This doesn’t indicate that you will receive a receipt from the clerk taking your return or not , again , buyer beware. It continues to explain that you will not get a credit at the store , but they want you to wait a week for a credit on your purchase.
The “free” shipping that Shiekh Shoes includes is standard shipping, opposed to other sights that include “free” overnight shipping. This is something that needs to be understood and in some circumstances you will either need to upgrade or go to another site that includes the overnight shipping.
When trying to navigate the website to a particular shoe like “Pastry Cake Runner “(that is on the website) the search returns this message.”Your search did not result in any matches”. This seems very odd since the shoes ARE on the website.
This makes it pretty hard to do any comparison shopping at Shiekh Shoes and that may be intentional. Either way the site is awkward and not user friendly, at this point in time. Hopefully some improvements will happen in the future.
